This socializing workshop located in Le Sentier allows to disabled people, who do not meet the requirements of the production or wish to have a more creative an varied activity, to be active in the Vallée de Joux.
We work closely with our production colleagues in participating at some of their works and we work in network with different local social partners.
Educational workshop
Respect for everyone is a key value in the workshop of socializing purpose.
In proposing a fair rather than an egalitarian support, the instructors want to take into account the limitations and the skills of each person in adjusting the objectives to each employee individually.
An evaluation is made every year with each of them and meeting are regurlaly proposed in order to guarantee an optimal support.
Welcome place
Our workshop can welcome 8 persons at the same time supported by 2 social instructors.
These people can work on an individual basis or in a group. They regularly change the activities and do not have a fixed work place.
The proposed tasks an the work percentage are adapted to the physical an psychic state of the supported persons.
Useful information
The socializing workshop of Le Sentier welcomes people from 18 to 65 years old. This workshop aims the social integration, the recovery of a thythm of life and the compétences valorisation of the persons benefiting from the disability insurance through expressive, artisanal and recerational activties.
Production activities also proposed at a less sustained rhythm.
