Our mission
We support social well-being through sheltered work as a partner to economic markets.
We define ourselves as a “Social enterprise active in industry and services”, with a focus on production.
For over 50 years, we have been promoting the humanity of people with a disability or social difficulties, who often face challenging life courses.
Our aim is to find them a job involving activities that are appropriate to their skills or support them in their transition into work though personalised reintegration measures.
All our commercial partners contribute actively to their well-being on a day-to-day basis through numerous projects. Thanks to the various positions and occupations available, we can offer these people the opportunity to feel fully valued and integrated into society by carrying out tasks for local, national and international partners.
POLYVAL is registered with the Commercial Registry as a foundation formed under private law, governed by articles 80 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code. It is a not-for-profit organisation that is recognised as being in the public interest and is supported by the State of Vaud.

SOCIAL PARTNER
We offer training programmes and work in sheltered workshops that meet the specific needs of people with a disability or social difficulties, preparing them in a variety of ways to join the primary labour market or work in one of our workshops.
We provide personalised follow-up and ongoing support to our service users in their working environment. This includes career management advice, ergonomic adjustments in the workplace and personal development programmes.
INDUSTRIAL PARTNER
As an industrial business, we offer SMEs a range of manufacturing services provided by our experienced teams.
We work closely with local and international businesses to develop strategic partnerships aimed at promoting inclusion within the industrial sector. We also encourage innovation through R&D projects aimed at improving our production processes while fostering an inclusive corporate culture.
SERVICE PARTNER
We offer an extensive range of local services designed to meet our clients’ varied needs, whether they are businesses or individuals.
Our services include a laundry compliant with the RABC (Risk Analysis and Biocontamination Control) standard for businesses that want to outsource their linen care, garden maintenance for individuals, properties and co-owned properties, and on-site catering with options for event organisation.
These activities are not just about providing high-quality services: they also create opportunities for people with a disability to integrate into the workforce, helping them remain in the world of work for the long term.
