They are places where people with a disability, trainees rejoining the workforce and people transitioning into work not only receive training in catering skills but also find an inclusive environment that values their contribution.

Our "Gourmand" restaurant in Mont-sur-Lausanne and "Le N°6" in Vevey are an ideal setting for organising a range of events and helping our learners to perfect their catering and hospitality skills.
Whether you are organising a themed evening, business dinner, anniversary or other celebration, our team is on hand to offer you a memorable experience. By choosing our restaurants for your events, you are making a direct contribution to our social and socio-professional integration mission.
We can organise events for both businesses and individuals. Our various rooms can accommodate 40 to 150 people for:
- After-work events
- Cocktail receptions
- Light refreshments
- Anniversaries
- Business meals.
Summer events can be hosted on one of our beautiful terraces.
Our chefs prioritise local and regional suppliers for wine and fresh produce.
